It is no longer possible to register for the NAC 2024. It is not possible to register for a talk/poster anymore.
Please be aware that if you choose to receive the registration ticket by email, the ticket may end up in your junk or spam folder!
Registering multiple people at once (institute block registrations / bookings) are possible; see below for the details.
Costs for the NAC (registration is closed)
- Single room: 450 euro (late registration fee)
- Passe-partout (no-overnight stay on Monday and Tuesday and no breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday): 250 euro
Cancellation
- If you cancel your registration before the deadline of March 15, a fee of 10 euro exists.
- Cancellation after the deadline of March 15 will cost the full amount.
The registration fee for the NAC includes
- Attendance of the conference
- Overnight stay on Monday and Tuesday.
- Access to some hotel facilities such as the bowling alley and swimming pool (may not be available at all times).
- Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Dinner on Monday and Tuesday.
- Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Two drink tokens on Monday and Tuesday (four total) for the evening programme.
Group registration
To book rooms and register for a group of people, just select multiple "tickets" on the actual registration website (shop), for each of the required rooms. More than 10 rooms of a type is possible; simply select "More" and fill out the required number.
You will then have to fill out all the details for each person in the fields below. Pay attention to the header of each subform, which indicates what the room type is, so that people are assigned the correct type of room.
